Roommate matching, listings, and honest reviews of the places students actually live, built for one campus first. I registered Kovie Living Technologies, LLC and I am building it inside the McMillon Innovation Studio with a team of eleven. Launching this fall.

Founder and President
I started it and it passed 140 members in its first semester, with twelve officers running it alongside me. We bring in operators from the industry, run events, and get students into rooms they would not otherwise walk into.
Builder
It lives on my phone. I talk to it, it files what I say into my notes, it reads my calendar and my mail, and every morning it writes me one honest briefing about what actually matters that day. I built it because I wanted it to exist, not because anyone asked for it.

The store and the brand for my father's knives.
My father, Ricardo Vilar, is a Master Bladesmith and the Forged in Fire Season 7 champion. I built the site and the working storefront behind his work. One of his commissions was a bowie knife made for King Mswati III of Eswatini, and I wrote the letters that went with it.

Project manager at the University of Arkansas innovation studio.
Out of more than thirty projects, mine is the only one where the project manager builds his own company instead of solving a corporation's problem. I lead a team of eleven through the semester toward Demo Day in December.

A weekly group for building, training, and staying accountable.
Five of us meet every week. We work on our own projects, argue about ideas, train together, and go do something worth remembering when the chance comes up. It came out of a book I finished and handed straight to a friend.
Chancellor, 2026
Officer in the Catholic fraternal order.
I was inducted in the spring and took the Chancellor role this fall, which means recruiting new members and looking after the ones already in the council. The council does real charity work and I want our students in the middle of it.

Arkansas bladesmithing and bowie knife heritage, which is the world my family lives in. Quieter now, but it is part of the same thread as my father's shop.
After we moved here I started businesses. They did not hold. What you just scrolled through is what survived.
